SANDBAGGING IN BRECKENRIDGE

On Tuesday, March 24, 38 of our Parkers Prairie High School students traveled to Breckenridge to help that community with sandbagging to prepare for the cresting of the Red River. The kids and the five chaperones returned home very tired but proud of the work they had done that day.

recycling logo

Each year 3.6 billion drink pouches are produced, and since they are not recyclable, end up in our landfills. Now there is a program to recycle these pouches and make some money for local organizations. Parkers Prairie Early Childhood is now collecting all brands of plastic drink pouches. Just bring yours to one of the drop boxes at the elementary school.
