Rental Agreement

The renter assumes all risk of loss of and damage to the equipment from every cause whatsoever, while the equipment is in the renter’s possession.  Any peripheral items associated with the equipment such as: (tripods, microphones, headsets, power cords, camera case, batteries, memory cards and memory on the cards) will be returned in the same condition as rented.  The renter agrees to pay list price for any items which are not returned or that are damaged.

***The following is a list of suggested items that most students will use daily.  The prices are subjected to change.***

 Cameras $100

Memory cards $20

Camera Case $20

Power cord replacement $20

Total loss of equipment $160

***Any photos that are saved on the memory cards are consider school property and therefore students need to take only school appropriate photos***
